Job Summary
Responsible for ensuring products and services meet the established quality standards, including reliability, usability, and performance.
Support to the Quality Lead for the implementation and maintenance of an ISO13485 and ISO9001 Quality Management system.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for document management systems
- Identify training needs and organise training interventions to meet quality standards
- Document quality assurance activities
- Assisting in the processing of the manufacturing records and product release-related activities
- Analyse data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system
- Develop, recommend, and monitor corrective and preventive actions
- Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities
- Monitor and support change control activities
- Assisting the business to attain and support any Quality management system in place
Qualifications and Experience Required
- Bachelor’s Degree in a science-related subject or any equivalent course - Preferable
- Preferably at least 1-2 year’s experience of working in the Quality Team
- Experience working in the Manufacturing/Production Environment - essential
- Understanding of GMP – (Desirable)
- Experience in documentation control, root cause investigations and CAPA – essential
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and databases
- Knowledge of tools, concepts, and methodologies of QA – essential
